  • Technical data:
    • We started off at Wat Klang Kret (Pak Kret) at 0825 Hr for a day of kayaking through the heart of Bangkok. Though there were no obstacles along this track, the trip was hectic, mainly due to the heavy water traffic in the city center. In trying to tackle the large waves created by the mass of ferries and taxi boats coming from all directions, we mist our chosen spot for lunch and made as thus no lunch break.
    • We arrived at the Montien Riverside Hotel pier at 1530 Hr after a bit of hazardous trip. The weather was sunny and very hot. Temperature was 35.7 C (shadow) and the wind blew east at 18.5 Km/hr. We got rising tide until noon, which slowed definitely down our progress in the morning.
    • Technical data of the trip was as follows: Total Distance: 32 Km; Moving Average: 5.1 Km/Hr; Overall Average: 4.6 Km/Hr; Maximum Speed: 10.3 Km/Hr; Moving time: 6 Hr 17 Min; Stopped Time: 37 Min; Total Time: 6 Hr 54 Min. We made no lunch stop along this track
  • Number of participants: 2 (Sean & Pat)
